Crystal was pleasant and very helpful and they saved us about $1000 a year in premiums over her old insurance, cutting the auto premiums in half plus saving about 10% on home premiums. I won't say who the old carrier was but I'll just say that they sure caused a lot of "mayhem" for us by ratcheting up mom's auto rates year after year and also they had dug their heels in refusing to cover replacing our roof that had some moderate hail damage, the adjuster even getting into shouting matches with the roofing contractor who had inspected it for us. I had already myself been a customer of Jay's office for over 30 years and I have always been satisfied with their service."
